NON-ELECTRIC IGNITION SYSTEMS

LPD IGNITION SYSTEMS

LPD non-electric detonators are specially produced for underground and tunnel blasting. Thanks to its wide delay ranges (100 ms-8500 ms), it ensures safe and ideal results in blasting applications.

The main function of the LPD detonator is to ignite the detonator sensitive explosive in the underground hole. It provides perfect shot control by giving the possibility of delay to blasting with full accuracy.

It provides superior performance with its (3L) 3-layer shock tube technology. In the non-electric ignition system, the energy travels through the shock tube and detonates the capsule.

It provides safe use without being affected by watery environments, underground conditions, radio waves and static electricity. Helps reduce air shock and ground shaking levels. They are used by attaching a T-connector that provides detonating fuse connection. The placed capsules can be ignited individually or by making a bundle bond, with a surface connection capsule, an electrical capsule and a minimum 5 gr/m detonating cord, without desensitizing the explosive in the column charge placed in the hole.

Shock tube winding will not be confused and easily dispersed in the tunnel, it is wrapped and fixed, providing fast and easy connection.

It is packed in cardboard boxes in desired quantities depending on the hole length.

It should be stored in warehouses in accordance with the provisions of the regulation numbered 87/12028.

It is assigned to Class 1.1B by the provisions of ADR and its UN number is 0360.

If desired, it can be assigned to Class 1.4S by packing according to the special provisions of ADR.

SD IGNITION SYSTEMS

It is a surface delay capsule specially designed for all kinds of open pit blasting.

This product is designed to transmit its delay to the in-hole capsules and to provide a delay between holes. In this way, an infinite number of holes can be delayed, and once more holes are exploded without causing environmental impact.

It is not used to detonate capsule sensitive explosives. A special connector is placed on the surface connection capsule heads and up to 6 choke tubes can be placed on these connectors.

SD Ignition systems have 7 types of delay, 9 – 17 – 25 – 42 – 67 – 100 and 200.

It provides superior performance with its (3L) 3-layer shock tube technology. In the non-electric ignition system, which offers unlimited delay, the energy travels through the shock tube and detonates the capsule.

The shock tube winding is wrapped and fixed in a way that does not interfere and provides fast and easy connection.
